Cancellation Policy

Notification given less than two hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service fee.

Cancellation one hour or less before the scheduled appointment time will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service fee.

Parking Fee Policy

We reserve the right to charge the client general parking expenses.

Unfortunately, not all hotels offer free parking to locals. Additionally, parking fees can be affected by local events. To avoid surprise parking fees, we advise researching parking policies for your hotel before booking.

Late Night Fee

All appointments after 9:00 pm will incur a $20 late-night fee per massage

Inappropriate Conduct

Any attempt at inappropriate conduct or conversation with our Licensed Massage Therapists will result in a $50 fee added to the full cost of the massage.  The massage will be terminated and you will be charged for the full session plus the aforementioned fee.
